Elka Waist Rain pants for kids protect against mud, puddles, wet playground equipment and dewy grass. It’s the perfect rainwear for kids for any energetic outdoor activity. This garment uses a unique material that has a flexible polyurethane coating on the outside with a soft Polyester backing and welded seams. This allows the garment to be Bi-Stretch material (stretches with the body therefore less restrictive for children when playing.) Fabric is extremely sturdy.
