We offer FREE DELIVERY to USA & Canada with Australia Post 15-20 Business Day Delivery.
Express Shipping (10 Business Day Delivery) to USA & Canada with Australia Post for $20 extra.
For all other International deliveries, Australia Post is calculating the postage cost at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders in stock within 1 business day.
MK Nordika does not warrant products will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery.
MK Nordika does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our office.
All International orders may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. We do not cover taxes and duties. As it is a standard process with applicable countries, duties can be paid online or with the delivery driver, and you’ll be kept informed. Each country has different rules but some charge duties, GST or VAT on goods purchased online.

Due to the recent global COVID-19 pandemic MK Nordika is experiencing a few delays that may effect your shopping experience.
While we are taking all measures possible to safely pack your beautiful orders as soon as we get them, we have no control over the shipping of your products and the delays that may affect them.
We can’t thank you enough for continuing to support our small family business and as always thank you for you patience as we ride this out together.
At MK Nordika we value our customers. We will accept a return for an exchange or refund providing that the items are returned in their original condition.
Please notify us via email within 30 days of receipt of your items. Once we receive the unwanted items a refund or exchange will be processed. We are sorry that the postage and packing will not be refundable.
Please note: Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
At MK Nordika every item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damaged goods in transit. If an item is found to be faulty, please notify us via phone or email within seven days of receipt of the item. We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.
The delivery fee for the replacement item will be covered by MK Nordika.
