MK Nordika ship Worldwide.

We offer FREE DELIVERY to USA & Canada with Australia Post 5-10 days.

3 Business Day Delivery to USA & Canada with courier UPS is available for $10 extra.

For all other International deliveries, Australia Post is calculating the postage cost at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders in stock within 1 business day.

MK Nordika does not warrant products will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery.

MK Nordika does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our office.

Please note:

  • International orders can’t be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
  • All customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
  • Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
  • Once dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Returns Policy

At MK Nordika we value our customers. We will accept a return for an exchange or refund providing that the items are returned in their original condition.

Please notify us via email within 30 days of receipt of your items. Once we receive the unwanted items a refund or exchange will be processed. We are sorry that the postage and packing will not be refundable.

Please note: Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Faulty Items

At MK Nordika every item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damaged goods in transit. If an item is found to be faulty, please notify us via phone or email within seven days of receipt of the item. We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.

The delivery fee for the replacement item will be covered by MK Nordika.
