Danish Elka Rain jacket is 100% Waterproof and Windproof. The material is made out of strong polyester/nylon for extra durability. It is soft, lightweight and entirely PVC free. It uses a unique material which has a flexible Polyurethane coating on the outside with a soft Polyester backing and welded seams. This allows the garment to be Bi-Stretch material (stretches with the body therefore less restrictive for children when playing.)
