Elka was founded in Karup, Denmark by Ejnar Lauridsen in 1958. The main products provide high quality water proof clothing. In 1979 the name changed to Elka Rainwear A/S and they have continued to work with the challenge to protect against the extremes of nature. This know-how means that we are able to sell high quality products with excellent functionality.
Vogelein produce a one size set of leggings with feet for active children. Waterproof and windproof, this fantastic garment means even small children can escape the pram and explore sand and grass without getting wet and cold feet. These “trousers with feet” were designed in Denmark by Britta Baarstrøm after watching her own children crawling around in rainwear and a pair of stiff rubber boots.
The leggings are made using a soft and very hard-wearing polyester/polyurethane fabric that is free of any harmful substances and that children may wear without risk. It is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certified.

The world is different today from when Julius and Hanna started Didriksons. Today they work constantly to reduce their environmental impact, and leave as small a footprint as possible behind them. They minimize the use of chemicals, say no to toxic substances, and use as little water, energy and transport as they can in their production. This is an endeavour that will never end, but we do it for the sake of the world we’ll be leaving to our children.
